Purpose of Position
The Global Account Consultant will provide first class support and assistance to a number of international clients on our network. These include both high profile brands and specialist sites. As an active member of the team you will focus on being responsive, enthusiastic and accurate in the delivery of the account management service. Your main goal will be to help grow affiliate revenues.
Key Tasks
Teach new merchants how affiliate marketing works
Offer affiliate recruitment services where appropriate
Implement strategies for the optimisation of accounts
Deliver sector relevant opportunities
Mediate between affiliates as and merchants when dispute arise
Deliver presentations about campaigns and affiliate performance to merchants
Working in collaboration with a range of Global departments including Marketing, Finance, Tech and New Business
Skills & Expertise
Core understanding of affiliate marketing
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Highly organised and able to adapt to changing priorities
Willingness and desire to work in a fast-paced and high growth environment
Enthusiasm and empathy when dealing with merchants
Excellent computer literacy including all MS Office applications
Previous administrative/executive level experience, preferably within an affiliate marketing background
