Creating and Formatting Columns-WordPerfect

You can add columns to documents to create newsletters, glossaries, scripts, or inventory lists. You can discontinue columns when they are complete.

For example, here are the steps to create a newspaper-type flowing column:

• Highlight text to start a table or plant the cursor
• Select Format / Columns
• Select number of columns
• Select ‘Balanced Newspaper’ to keep columns equal size

Now try the other options for Parallel and Parallel with Block Protect.
